HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP 476dw—El Capitan

I, too, experieced the same issue of not being able to scan after updating to El Capitan. I went to the HP website to download the fix. I was able to scan but not save the document. It just shut down the program. I deleted the entire HP software and did a full install including the update…no go.

I read the reviews on the HP Easy Scan stating that this app did not help, but I was in such deperate need to scan some business documents that I gave it a try.
